Letter One and monthly letters include free U.S. shipping. Future international availability may expand over time.
Preparation Time
Letter One is prepared shortly after your order is placed.
Most Letter One orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before mailing.
Monthly letters are prepared according to the schedule connected to your subscription.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most U.S. deliveries arrive within 5–8 business days after mailing.
Delivery timing may vary depending on destination, local mail service, holidays, customs or postal delays, and other factors outside our control.

Letter One and monthly letters ship free within the United States.

Resending Letters
If a letter is missing, damaged, or incorrect because of an internal mistake, we will help make it right.
If a letter cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, a moved recipient, or another customer-side issue, we will review the case and let you know whether a replacement can be resent.
Damaged Mail
If your letter arrives damaged, please contact us and include a photo if possible.
We will review the issue and help make sure your story can continue smoothly.
