Subscription Terms

The Jerusalem Letters is a monthly physical letter subscription prepared in Jerusalem and mailed one letter at a time. Below you'll find how subscriptions, billing, gifts, cancellations, and account changes work.

Letter One

Letter One begins your selected story.

It is purchased separately and starts the experience.

After receiving Letter One, you may continue with a monthly subscription or choose a Complete Year plan.

Monthly Subscription Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically once each billing cycle.

Your subscription continues until cancelled.

Billing happens through the payment method used during checkout.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.

Cancelling stops future charges and future letters.

Letters already billed, prepared, or mailed are not automatically refunded.

Next Billing Date

Your next billing date is based on the date your subscription began.

Billing dates may appear inside your customer account or order confirmation emails.

Complete Year

Complete Year is a one-time purchase for the full twelve-letter story experience.

It is billed once at checkout.

Preparation and mailing timing may vary depending on schedule and availability.

Gift Subscriptions

Some orders may be purchased as gifts.

Gift recipients receive the physical letters by mail.

Billing and account access remain connected to the purchaser unless otherwise noted.

Address Changes

Please update your shipping address before your next billing cycle or before the next letter is prepared.

Once a letter has already been mailed, we may not be able to redirect it.

Payment Updates

If your payment method changes or expires, Shopify may request updated payment information.

Missed or declined payments may delay the next letter.

Subscription Availability

Subscription availability may change over time depending on location, production schedule, or shipping availability.

Available options are always shown clearly before checkout.
